1. Products and Services

The prices of the products on www.cosmeticcarshop.com include Value Added Tax (VAT).

2. Payment Methods

Payment methods for purchasing any of our products will be through one of the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer.
  • Cash on delivery.
  • Credit/Debit Card.
  • Paypal.
  • Klarna: Finance your installments with Klarna in 3 interest-free installments.

3. Obligations of the User and/or Client

  • The user and/or customer of www.cosmeticcarshop.com agrees at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the different forms and/or requests for information or purchase.
  • In the event of the sale or marketing of products from our website that require the buyer to be of a certain age according to the current legislation of their country of origin, the buyer declares that they meet said requirement to formalize the purchase.

4. Shipment Processing

Due to the current situation and COVID-19 restrictions, orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day.

5. Shipping the package

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 72 hours of receiving and confirming payment, via courier and with a tracking code. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all products into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage the package may sustain after shipment, as this responsibility lies with the shipping company, but we make every effort to adequately protect all fragile items.

6. Returns

Our main goal is customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return the purchased products within 7 days of delivery, provided you meet one of the conditions detailed in this section.

Remember to never discard the product packaging until you have verified that the products are in perfect condition. Before opening any product, please check that all items match your order (quantity, format, and quality), and file an immediate claim if there are any issues. If you find a problem with any product, please do not remove it from its original packaging.

Once you have received the order:

The product is defective or has been damaged during transport. You can return the product in its original packaging, with Cosmetic Carshop SL covering all shipping costs for both the initial delivery and the return. You will not be charged for the product. In cases of damage during transport, it is essential that you notify us immediately upon receiving the merchandise and note this on the carrier's delivery slip.

You have not received your order and wish to cancel or modify it:

  • If your order has left our warehouse and, without any issues on our part, you wish to return it, Cosmetic Carshop SL may demand compensation for the shipping costs incurred both to and from the warehouse.
  • If your order has not yet begun processing, there will be no cost to you. To avoid this, please notify Cosmetic Carshop SL as soon as possible.

Attention: For returns, if you wish to send the merchandise via a transport company of your choice, you must do so with shipping costs prepaid according to their rates. If, on the other hand, you wish to send it via our transport company, you must contact Cosmetic Carshop SL and request a collection (indicating that it will be freight collect) to benefit from more economical rates.

7. Secure payment

All communications involving sensitive data are secured with an SSL certificate. Below, we detail the payment systems currently available in our online store.

  • Bank transfer or deposit: This is the safest method and preferred by those who still distrust other online payment options. The drawback of this system is that it causes a delay in processing your purchase because it requires a verification process to confirm receipt of the payment. Your product will be shipped once our accounting department has confirmed payment. To expedite the shipment of your order, please send us a copy of the transfer or deposit receipt to Cosmetic Carshop SL.
  • Payment by debit/credit card: With a debit card, the payment is charged directly to the cardholder's account. Therefore, the charge is limited to the available funds in the account. In contrast, with a credit card, you can pay even if there are insufficient funds, as there is an option to defer payment until the following month.
  • Paypal: It is a service that allows you to pay, send money and accept payments without having to enter your financial details.
  • Cash on delivery: Also called collect on delivery, this is the sale of goods by mail, where payment is made when the product is received, rather than in advance. If the goods are not paid for, they are returned to the retailer.
  • COFIDIS: Finance your installments with Cofidis in 4 installments/90 days with MONEI as long as the amount of your purchase is between 75 and 1000 euros.
