Precautions for use:

• Shake well before use.
• Avoid applying in direct sunlight.
• Use skin, respiratory, and eye protection.
• Always perform a preliminary test on a small area to determine the curing time.
• Shelf life of 12 months, use within 3 months of opening when stored correctly.

Preparation (Prep):

Preparation is the most important part of the process. Our coating is excellent, but it can't do the preparation work for you.

1. Decontaminate the vehicle with Armour Detail Supply's Decon Soap and Iron Remover , followed by the removal of embedded contaminants with a clay bar or synthetic glove.
2. Optional: If there are swirl marks or scratches, polish the paint to reduce defects and achieve maximum shine.
3. Use Armour Detail Supply's Panel Prep to remove oils or polish residue. If you haven't polished, repeat this step twice to ensure a clean surface.

You're now ready to apply PHOBIC Spray Coating!

Application method:

1. After preparation, load the applicator or a short-haired towel with 10-15 sprays to start. Subsequent applications will only require 3-5 sprays; a little goes a long way.
2. Apply PHOBIC panel by panel using overlapping circular motions (like waxing), ensuring even and level coverage. Let the product set for 30 to 60 seconds, depending on temperature and humidity. Look for small beads of sweat or a slight haze before removing any excess.
3. Using similar circular motions, smooth the coating using a soft microfiber towel for the final finish. Check for marks, clouds, or dark spots and repeat for each panel.
4. Change the clean side of the towel for every two panels. The application towel can be used for the entire vehicle.
5. Once finished, remove the sprayer and clean thoroughly with water or alcohol. Close the container tightly and store in a cool, dry place.

PHOBIC was designed to be applied in a single coat, but it can be applied in multiple coats. If you apply more coats, wait a few minutes between each one to ensure optimal performance.

Aftercare:

Allow the product to cure for at least 4 hours before exposing it to water. After these 4 hours, you can apply our AMPLIFY or Ceramic Spray Sealant to protect the coating during the initial curing. Do not wash or expose to chemicals for 24 hours.
