Precautions:

• Shake well before use.

• Avoid applying under direct sunlight.

• Use protection for skin, respiratory system and eyes.

• Always perform a test on a small area first to determine the drying time.

• In cold conditions, the time before removing will be longer (3-5 minutes).

• In warm conditions, the time will be shorter (1-2 minutes).

• Shelf life of 12 months; use within 30 days of opening.

Preparation:

Preparation is essential for a perfect finish; the coating is excellent, but it cannot replace a good preliminary process.

1. Decontaminate the paint surface with Armour Detail Supply Decon Soap and Iron Remover , followed by a deeper cleaning with a clay bar or synthetic clay glove.

2. If there are circular marks or scratches, polish the paint to correct defects and achieve maximum shine.

3. Apply Armour Detail Supply Panel Prep to remove oils or polish residue. If you haven't polished, repeat this step twice to ensure a clean surface.

Application:

1. After preparation, apply 3 lines of the product to the applicator; for subsequent applications, a small amount will suffice, as it goes a long way.

2. Apply Armour Coating to one or two panels at a time. Begin by making an "X" on the panel, then outline the edges to distribute evenly. Continue with small, overlapping circles, ensuring uniform coverage. Allow the product to set for 1 to 5 minutes depending on temperature and humidity (typically 2-3 minutes). Observe for small, uniform droplets before removing.

3. Using small circular motions, remove the excess with a short microfiber towel (pearl-like). You'll notice a slight grip on the first pass, but the product should come off easily. If it starts to spread, it needs more time; if it's difficult to remove, less time. Switch to a softer towel for the final touch. Check for streaks, dark spots, or cloudy areas. Repeat on each panel.

4. Halfway through the vehicle or when the applicator hardens, use the clean side of the applicator.

5. Change the side of the towel every two panels to avoid streaks.

Additional layers:

Armour Quartz Coating is designed for a single coat, but can be applied in multiple coats if desired. Allow 1-2 hours between coats to ensure optimal performance.

Maintenance:

Allow the product to cure for at least 12 hours. After 4 hours, you can apply Armour Detail Supply AMPLIFY or Ceramic Spray Sealant to protect the coating during the initial curing process. After 12 hours, the vehicle can be driven and get wet, but avoid washing it or exposing it to chemicals for 7 days.
