How to use:

• Shake the product well before use.
• Apply with the surface cold to the taco and in the shade.
• Always test on a small area before full application to determine evaporation time.

Applying it in cooler conditions will lengthen the time before cleaning (2-3 minutes).

Applying it in warmer conditions will give you a shorter time period before cleaning (1 to 2 minutes).

Preparation:

Preparation is the most important step in the process .

1. Decontaminate the rim surface with your favorite rim cleaner and iron remover, then remove any additional embedded contamination with a clay bar or similar method.

2. If there are swirl marks or scratches, polish the paint to reduce surface defects and create maximum shine.

3. Clean with a surface preparation product before application to remove oils or polishing residue. If no polishing has been done, repeat this step twice to ensure a clean surface.

Application:

1. After thorough preparation, prepare the applicator with 3 lines of product and each subsequent application you will only need a small amount, a little is enough.

2. Apply Armour Wheel Coating to one wheel at a time. Apply using a methodical back-and-forth or crisscross motion, ensuring even coverage. Allow the product to set for 1 to 3 minutes depending on temperature and humidity (generally 1 to 2 minutes). Wait for a light film to appear before wiping it off.

3. Using a small circular motion, remove 95% of the product on the first pass with a short-pile microfiber towel. The first pass will have a slight grip, but the product should wipe off easily. If the coating starts to stretch, it will need more drying time. If the product is very difficult to remove, it will need less time before it can be removed. Switch to the second towel for final leveling. Check for any residue or dark areas before moving on to the next wheel. Repeat this process for each wheel.

4. Use a clean side of the towel on each tire.

We highly recommend applying two coats for maximum benefits and durability. If you wish to apply multiple coats, allow 1 to 2 hours between coats.

Aftercare:

Allow the product to cure for at least 12 hours for initial processing. After 4 hours, you can apply Armor Detail Supply AMPLIFY to protect the coating during its initial curing. After 12 hours, the vehicle can be driven and exposed to water. Do not wash or use chemicals for 7 days.
